Feathers have always held meaning for me and in more recent times have been used by angels to remind me of their presence.
I discovered this delight in a rose that was both my mother’s favourite and is now mine.
When we used to visit the Farm, and these roses were in bloom, (around the time of our birthdays) she would always have picked just one stem and placed it next to my bed.
Finding this white feather held so delicately by these particular roses reminds me that Mum is not so far away, that her deep and abiding love continues on and that I need grieve no more!
